Therapeutic Massage
Designed especially for sports injury or chronic issues, Sveta's Therapeutic Massage is a unique combination of Deep Tissue and Muscular Stretching. Deep soothing strokes promote muscular break down, increased circulation, and aid muscular system restoration. Depending on your target areas stretching techniques will be used to obtain a deeper release of chronic muscular issues. Shorts or alternate attire maybe required to reach certain muscular groups. Epic Massage
The perfect way to relax and get full body tension relief. The Epic Massage is just shy of two hours and is not for those on a time limit. A combination of swedish and sports therapy techniques are used to address problem areas from head to toe. The Epic Massage is ideal for any one with multiple problem areas.
Deep Heat Stone Therapy
The simplest tools transformed in the hands of the therapist. Stones that have been smoothed and shaped by nature now work to do the same for you. Chosen for their temperature retentive qualities, natural stones can enhance a massage with hot or cold therapy to warm and stimulate or cool and soothe. Depending on your needs, stone therapy can unlock tension deep within the muscles, relieve stress, or help you achieve total relaxation.
Deluxe Massage
Incorporating all the techniques from an Essential Massage the Deluxe Massage increases the time spent working on the body. This eighty minute service is great for multiple problem areas.
Essential Massage
An Essential Massage is the perfect antidote to a hectic pace. The use of oil and/or lotion allows long, smooth strokes, which promotes circulation, cleanses the tissue of toxins, and sooths the nervous system. An excellent way to reduce tension and relieve stress.
Prenatal Massage
Our famous Essential Massage with the assistance of specially designed pillows to support the entire body during any stage of pregnancy. Prenatal Massage reduces the stress of sore and achy muscles and ligaments while helping to decrease swelling in ankles and feet. Performed after 36 weeks, Prenatal Massage can induce labor. If you have any concerns please consult your doctor prior to scheduling.
Custom Massage
This concentrated massage employs a variety of techniques to release tension in specified areas of the body. The Custom Massage is not a full body service but a wonderful way to relax a targeted region.
Reflexology

We have a wonderful variety of essential oils to use during your Massage Therapy session to inprove your mood, relaxation, and stress-relief.
Deep Cupping Therapy
Cupping refers to an ancient Chinese practice in which a cup is applied to the skin, suctioning the skin and superficial muscle layers into the cup. In some cases, the cup may be moved while the suction of skin is active, causing a regional pulling of the skin and muscle (the technique is called gliding cupping).Cupping is mainly recommended for the treatment of pain,lung diseases (especially chronic cough and asthma), and paralysis, though it can be used for other disorders as well. This enhancer is a wonderful alternative to Deep Tissue.
Hands or Feet Exfoliation
To exfoliate your hands or feet, we use our Sveta's Line sugar scrub combined with Ahava's mineral rich lotion to remove dry dead skin and hydrate the new fresh skin underneath. Perfect addition to any massage when you don't have enough time for a full pedicure.
Glycolic Foot Treatment
We use our silky 12% Glycolic lotion to bring renewed radiance to your skin. It smoothes, exfoliates and refines texture to help minimize fine lines and hyperpigmentation also helps prevent athlets foot. Not recommended for cracked or cut feet.
"Dead Sea Salt" back pain relief treatment
A combination of Ahava "Dead sea Salts" and heat when layered along the spine pull out toxins and relive back pain. A relaxing way to pamper the delicate spine area and help with lower back and hip pain.
Dry Brushing
The use of coarse bristle brush to stimulate the lymphatic system. An excellent way to drain excess fluids, strenghten the lymphatic system, and stimulate cellulite reduction.
